Carlos is the same age as me and was really fun to chase. I taught him how to drink from the fountain.

We took a very long walk today, but I only met one doggie along the way....
this pretty boxer.

One new thing I did today was jump off a deck into the river to fetch my ball.

It was scary not having ground under my feet.

I also swam out deep to rescue an enormous stick from drowning.

He is half again as long as this picture!
To make sure he was okay, I chewed a bit of the end of him.
Then it was back to the green to chase ball!

The Dogs We Meet

We meet so many dogs on our daily outings that we decided to chronicle them.
We've met these dogs before. The Dane I am following is called BooBoo. I didn't catch the name of the other guy, but since my Big Brother wasn't with me today, these two got a bit too aggressive in play and it was scary.

The lady holding that other Dane doesn't pick up her dog's elephant poop!

BooBoo stole my ball.....

And won't give it back.

I tried to take it but he growled at me.

Now this puppy is more my style!

Her name is Sequa, and she likes to play hide and seek!

She was sweet. We went swimming and dug a hole together.

This fella could really swim deep! I'm not going out that far...

This is Sally. She didn't want to visit, just chase ball.

But then this guy came running up and gave me a kiss!

These two viszlas were my favorites. They are just my size and with equal temperment.

I really didn't want to leave them when it was time to go.
But there are more dogs to meet and play with tomorrow!
